Contact form and email
When you write to us through the form or by email, we process the problem description, your work email and, if you give them, your name, company and the content of further messages.
Purpose: to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), otherwise our legitimate interest in answering messages (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We keep it for 12 months after the last message. If we sign a contract, the client periods below apply.
Booking a call
If you book a 30 min call, we process your name, email, chosen time and any note you add, through Cal.com.
Purpose: to arrange and hold the call. Legal basis: steps before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep it like form messages.
Clients
When we work together we process contact details of people at the client, billing details and access to Kumiba, our client system (name, email, requests and comments).
Purpose: to perform the contract and keep accounts. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We keep contract data during the engagement and then until limitation periods expire, accounting records for 10 years under the Slovak Accounting Act. Kumiba access is removed when the engagement ends.
Traffic and running the site
We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and no browser fingerprinting, and we only see totals, not individual people.
The site runs on Cloudflare, which briefly processes your IP address and technical request data to deliver pages and block attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, measurable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We use no cookies. Your browser only stores whether you chose light or dark mode, and that choice is never sent to us.
Who receives the data
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, analytics and delivery of form messages
- Cal.com, Inc.: call booking
- our email provider
- our accountant, for clients and invoices
- public authorities, only where the law requires it
Cloudflare and Cal.com are based in the USA. Transfers are protected by the European Commission standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell data or use it for automated decisions or profiling.
Your rights

- object to processing based on legitimate interest
We handle requests free of charge within one month. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Slovak data protection authority, Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
